Evelyn Rose Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a 2017 vintage, made with cabernet sauvignon grapes, and aged with oak wood chips. The wine was bottled in March of 2018 and has been aging in the wine cellar for its May 2018 release.
Flavor Profile:
Sweet, but strong. Fruity aromas with a dry, oaked finish.
